DELIVERY

Orders created from the Immediate Delivery category are delivered to MNG Cargo within 3 working days. Orders created from the DRESS category are pre-order, supplied upon your order and delivered within 8-15 working days. In the description section of all products on our www.bellabellaatelier.com address, information is given about the delivery times.

CHANGE & RETURN

The exchange period is 3 working days from the delivery date, provided that the products you have purchased from www.bellabellaatelier.com  address have not been used. Returns and Exchanges are also the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN

Our products are in the category of evening dresses and special occasion dresses. There are no returns on our products due to their qualities. Please place your orders considering this situation. Otherwise, you will be deemed to have accepted our sales contract.

How Can I Perform the Exchange?

1- You should send your change request to our e-mail address  support@bellabellaatelier.com with your order number.

2- You will be returned as soon as possible and our address information will be forwarded. 

3- You have to ship the product/products you want to exchange within 3 working days to the address you have been given, at your own expense.

4- When the exchange cargo reaches us, you will be informed after the checks are made, your new product will be prepared and sent to you.

5- The shipping fee in exchange belongs to our customers in accordance with our product pricing policy. Shipments sent with counter payment are not accepted.

CANCEL

For pre-order orders created from the dress category , you have the right to CANCEL your order that has not been delivered to the cargo within 10-15 working days. Likewise, you have the right to CANCEL before being delivered to the cargo for orders created from the Immediately Delivery category. You can speed up the process by checking your order status and contacting us on our Whatsapp line.
